By using and booking on our website, you are accepting our terms and conditions stated herein.

  1. You are aware that this is a business-to-business website. This website is a service provided by InnTouch Travel to help you in the process of booking reservations online for your clients.

  2. Payment with company credit card is preferred. Payment with guest's credit card is accepted under the following conditions: (1)A company credit card must be kept on file with us to cover charge backs should they occur; (2)The guest must be informed the charge will appear as InnTouch Travel on credit card statement

  3. You will not misrepresent the property and its amenities/facilities. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for misrepresentations and will not refund.

  4. All reservations are final and non-refundable. All reservations booked on this website are non-refundable and reservation dates cannot be changed under any circumstance, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, pandemics, insurrections, flight cancellations/delays, road closures.

  5. Only the guest on reservation confirmation can register at the front desk to check-in. Some reservations are final and name changes are not allowed; please refer to your reservation Guest Name Policy. Where permitted, guest name can be modified with advance notice of no less than fifteen (15) days before the confirmed check-in date; guest name modification fee applies per change (refer to InnTouch Travel Fee Schedule for current fee).

  6. The reservation amount covers room accommodations only. Any other fees such as but not limited to resort fees, taxes, all-inclusive fees, etc., are the responsibility of the guests at check-in/check-out.

  7. Some resorts charge additional fees which may cover taxes, utilities, local service fees, etc. These additional costs are beyond the control of InnTouch Travel. Where possible and if they are known to us, we will inform you of these additional costs. While all costs quoted at time of confirmation and printed are true and correct to the best of our knowledge, costs can be changed by the resort without notice to InnTouch Travel and InnTouch Travel cannot be held responsible for any changes that occur after confirmation is issued.

  8. Each property is different, and we provide information to the best of our knowledge. While our best efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the information provided is subject to change without notice. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for lack or excess of amenities/facilities.

  9. Units/suites are different for each property. Units/suites may also be different within a property, such as Phase I, Phase II, etc. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for variations and does not guarantee specific bed size, unit/suite measurements, bathroom specifications, patio/balcony, windows, window measurements, decor, etc.

  10. Resort desk operating hours vary from resort to resort. The guest must contact the resort before check-in date for their hours of operation.

  11. The guest must notify the resort 24 to 48 hours prior to the check-in date if checking in late or on a day other than the confirmed check-in date. Resorts reserve the right to cancel no-show reservations if not notified of late check-in in advance. This policy is beyond the control of InnTouch Travel and InnTouch Travel assumes no responsibility.

  12. If a check-in problem occurs, please call 1-801-477-8270 ext. 104 or 1-800-405-5385 ext. 104 and leave a detailed message, or email reservations@inntouchtravel.com. The guest must not relocate unless approved by InnTouch Travel.

  13. Resort amenities, unit/suite amenities, and area amenities may change at any time without notice. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for changes.

  14. A refundable security deposit on credit card is required at check-in. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the unit/suite and/or property and will incur charges for damages.

  15. Housekeeping services vary from resort to resort. InnTouch Travel does not guarantee housekeeping services.

  16. Guests must abide by resort rules and regulations. InnTouch Travel is not responsible if guests are evicted due to non-compliance.

  17. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children regardless of their age. Guests must abide by resort rules and maximum occupancy limits. InnTouch Travel is not responsible if guests are evicted due to non-compliance.

  18. Pets are not allowed at any of our resorts; guests must abide by resort rules and regulations. Guests are responsible for fees imposed by the resort due to non-compliance. InnTouch Travel is not responsible if guests are evicted due to non-compliance.

  19. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/suite; guests must abide by resort rules and regulations. Guests are responsible for fees imposed by the resort due to non-compliance. InnTouch Travel is not responsible if guests are evicted due to non-compliance.

  20. InnTouch Travel does not guarantee oceanfront, ocean view, specific view, suite number, or suite location. Some resorts are two levels, or higher, without an elevator and the use of stairs may be required to access the suite.

  21. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for transportation costs, time, etc. to and from the property or airports.

  22. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for acts of nature, war, pandemics, insurrections, flight cancellations/delays, road closures, or any other inconvenience to guests beyond the control of InnTouch Travel.

  23. InnTouch Travel is not responsible for guests in transit to or from any accommodations provided by InnTouch Travel.

  24. Guests hereby absolve and hold InnTouch Travel harmless from any inconvenience, loss, injury, or damages to resort facilities or accommodations for any cause whatsoever which are the results of actions of guests.

  25. In the event the resort is unable to honor the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances out of the control of InnTouch Travel, InnTouch Travel reserves the right to relocate the reservation to another resort of similar accommodations.

a. If the company or guest does not accept the alternative accommodations, InnTouch Travel will cancel the reservation and refund the wholesale amount. No further compensation will be provided by InnTouch Travel and no further obligation will be due from InnTouch Travel to the company or guest.

b. If InnTouch Travel is unable to find alternative accommodations, InnTouch Travel will cancel the reservation and refund the wholesale amount. No further compensation will be provided by InnTouch Travel and no further obligation will be due from InnTouch Travel to the company or guest.

Privacy Policy

Upon creating a login account, you agree and authorize InnTouch Travel to communicate with you via mail, email, phone, and text (where applicable). We may provide your information to other offices of InnTouch Travel for internal use only.

Additional Information

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time. Approved Terms & Conditions will be posted on www.thewholesaleteam.com. Your continued use of this website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
